Programme Notes
1. Field Visit start times now vary –
please check programme carefully.
2. People intending to go on a visit MUST
advise the leader or the secretary that they are going, and check with the
leader if the weather forecast is poor..
3. Guests are welcome, but must take day
membership of the Club: £1.00
4. Please wear suitable clothing and
footwear for field meetings, and bring food and drink. It is not always possible
to arrive at a hostelry at lunch time
5. Members requiring transport should
contact the Leader or Chairman who will endeavour to arrange, but no guarantee
can be given
6. Members and guests are reminded that
field meetings are undertaken at their own risk.

The summer programme consists of further churchyard recording. Any member
of the Club is welcome to join. The day begins at 10.00 a.m. Bring a
picnic lunch. Contact Beryl Harding on 01432 851463 if you would like

members depart by coach from Merton Meadows car park, Hereford, about 9.00 a.m.
