Large quantity of rounded and angular grains of quartz from 0.02mm to 0.5mm. Also small quantities of felspar and sandstone, muscovite and iron ore. Two sherds recorded in Hereford in 1985 - one unstratified and one from a 17th century context (Vince, 1985, p59). Bowl recorded in Hereford in 2002.
